Revolutionising Legal Reviews with Digitisation
The recruitment industry thrives on swift and effective contract management. Recognising this, ManpowerGroup turned to Contract Eagle to implement a digitized Intake Form that allows recruitment consultants to submit client contracts for legal review across various types, including NDAs, MSAs, and Preferred Supplier Agreements.
The previous method involved a cumbersome process of manually handling PDF forms—downloading, printing, filling out, scanning, and emailing them to the legal team, who then tracked each submission via an Excel spreadsheet. This old process was not only inefficient but also error-prone and frequently required a lot of back and forth emails.
With Contract Eagle, the Legal Team now efficiently tracks the progress of each request with real-time status updates. The system's ability to send file-request tasks and update contract statuses has streamlined communications and improved response times. This efficient system has been adopted by the Procurement team as well, enhancing the entire legal review process within ManpowerGroup.
Continuous Improvement
Building on the success of the digitised Intake Form, ManpowerGroup has extended its capabilities to include submissions of "Client Agreement on Standard Terms." This expansion has facilitated easier access and management of these agreements by legal and other stakeholders, ensuring centralised storage and easy retrieval of contracts.
Integrating electronic signing into Contract Eagle has further boosted the efficiency of the contract management process. This integration ensures that executed contracts are automatically returned and stored within Contract Eagle, making critical documents readily accessible.
Earning Acclaim from Executive Leadership
The enhancements brought by Contract Eagle have not only streamlined operations but also earned the admiration of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). They particularly appreciate the transformed legal review process, which allows them to oversee and rely on legal approvals with confidence. Georgia Tanner, a paralegal at ManpowerGroup, shared, “Our ELT members really love it. They're able to see the legal reviews and rely on the fact that legal has seen it.”
Her outstanding contribution to this project even earned her a global ManpowerGroup award, underscoring the project's significance and success.
